Each hair analysis report is posted via Track and Trace, to ensure its safe arrival. Any delays can be traced through NZ Post.<\/a> If however lost, we will require you to refresh your order to re-do the analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have purchased books, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do no accept Gift Voucher returns or refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Next contact your bank.
